The primary focus of the MTA (Minnesota Telecom Alliance) will be to work with Goldfield Telecom, one of our major channel partners to pursue business with end user customer’s including Tier 2 and Tier 3 Independent Operating Companies as well as Competitive Local Exchange Carriers (CLEC’s).
Telco Systems has released the IP-PLUS software package that enables service providers to remotely deploy IP-related services from the metro or even from the CPE, on-demand, as needed, to an existing or new Telco Systems Layer 2 device, without additional hardware and without truck rolls.
Support of L3VPN using VRF-Light MPLS L3VPN is widely used for carrier metro networks to provide VPN service to enterprise users. It is used for many reasons such as the easy expansion to other software-based services such as IP management, network administration, and firewalls.
IP-PLUS enables operators to deploy L3VPN from the aggregation point using the T-Metro Gateway Protocol Version 4 (BGPv4), VRRP, DHCP and others. It also enables our T-Marc access point products to be deployed in some cases without having to deploy a router. The IP Plus package now comes as an embedded feature in all of our Binox based products or it can be downloaded free of charge to existing Binox based products already deployed in the field. Stop by and visit with us to see a demonstration on our award winning devices such as our T-Marc 3348, T-Marc 3312, and T-Marc 380.
We are looking forward to seeing you in Minneapolis!
