Ariel Efrati

CEO
Ariel Efrati is the Chief Operating Officer of BATM Advanced Communications (LSE: BVC; TASE: BATM), where he oversees BATM’s global business operations and telecommunications practices, and acts as Chief Executive Officer for Telco Systems, a BATM wholly owned subsidiary.

Previously, Ariel held several senior positions in the telecom industry. As Senior Vice President, Ariel led Amdocs (NYSE:DOX) Venture Investments, Open Innovation and Product M&A unit, he headed Amdocs corporate competitive strategy unit, and he was the General Manager of the Service Fulfillment Product Business Division. Ariel also led Amdocs strategic and substantial entry to the OSS markets through organic growth and M&A activities. Ariel was the CEO of CallmyName, a startup in the Mobile sphere, and is a member of several successful startups’ BoDs, and is highly experienced in technological and market innovations. In the past, as a senior officer, Ariel led an advanced technological unit in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) Intelligence Corps. Ariel is a software engineer and an EMBA graduate of the Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University).

Boaz Yardeni

VP and Head of Global R&D
Boaz Yardeni is VP and Head of Global R&D for Telco Systems. Boaz brings vast experience and telecom industry knowledge to this role. Prior to Telco Systems, Boaz held senior technical leadership positions at ECI, Comverse and Tadiran Communications. His experience includes heading large Engineering, Customer Support, Quality Management, Operations and IT teams worldwide. Boaz is passionate about creating significant business value for our customers, with innovative solutions that can scale as needed. Boaz holds a BSC in Industrial Management and Information Systems from the Technion - Israeli Institute of Technology.

Dr. Gabriel Kerner

VP Products and Business Development

Gabriel Kerner is Vice President and Head of Product Management, Business Development, Marketing and Professional Services for Telco Systems. He brings with him extensive and unique experience in telecommunications, NFV, and leadership. In his previous role, Gabriel was Vice President of Products and Offerings – Networks at Amdocs. Gabriel led the Amdocs OSS and NFV products division, and strongly impacted Amdocs market share and positioning as leader in these domains. Previously Gabriel held leadership roles at Huawei Europe and Nokia-Siemens-Networks. 

Gabriel’s passion is at the intersection between technology and business, translating complex business challenges into encompassing solutions. Gabriel holds a PHD in Physics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.


John Ryan

Vice President of Sales and General Manager, North America
John Ryan is Vice President of Sales and General Manager, North America for Telco Systems. John has more than three decades of experience in sales and sales leadership, primarily focused on working with telecommunications service providers, government agencies and enterprise customers in North America, and other regions around the world.

Most recently, John was the Chief Sales Officer at ATX Networks. Prior to that he was Senior Vice President, Americas Sales for Ribbon Communications, Executive Vice President, Global Sales and Marketing for Kentrox, and Vice President, North American Sales for Veraz Networks. John has also held sales and sales leadership positions with Tekelec, Corvis Corporation and Nortel Networks. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree from the University of Phoenix in Phoenix, AZ.

Moshe Bitan

VP Strategic Accounts & Operations

Moshe Bitan brings more than 17 years of experience in Operations, Finance & Strategy roles in the telecom industry.

Before joining Telco Systems, Moshe served as VP Operations & Finance at CallmyName, a startup in the mobile name-dialing service. During his role there, Moshe was involved in fund raising, including $7M from a leading global VC, as well as expanding the company’s service to APAC and Germany. 

At Amdocs (NYSE: DOX), Moshe performed various roles which include Operations, Finance, M&A and Strategy. Moshe was one of the establishers of a new Product Business Unit (Service management PBU), bringing it to a full operation with a significant annual growth over 3 years.

In addition, Moshe was involved in a business evaluation of OSS companies including various due-diligence phases as well as managing the Post Merger Integration (PMI) activities after the acquisition of Cramer Systems (a leading provider of OSS solutions, which was acquired for $375M). In his last role at Amdocs, Moshe held a strategic role leading the competitive analysis desk. Moshe holds a BSc in Economics and Management from the Technion - Israel institute of technology.


Dave Garrity

VP of Finance
Dave is Vice President of Finance for Telco Systems, a position he has held since December of 2000. Dave is responsible for all finance, legal and human resource matters for the company. Joining Telco in 1988 as Fiber Optics Division Controller, Dave has held various positions of increasing responsibility in the areas of finance and administration.

Earlier in his career, he held financial management positions at Power General Corp., Unitrode Corp. and Data General. Dave holds a B.S. in Accounting from Suffolk University in Boston, MA.

Sigal Wolf

VP of Human Resources

Sigal Wolf is the Vice President of Human Resources for Telco Systems. As Telco Systems chief human resources officer, Sigal is helping to strengthen the company's vision and strategy by attracting and engaging the best talent, developing the existing human capital, and building a culture of innovation.

Sigal is blessed with broad experience in Human Resources management from a variety of global companies, where she established and led the HR departments and was responsible for their organizational culture.

Previous to Telco Systems, Sigal was the head of Human Resources at Carestream, a medical imaging company, and prior to that, VP of HR in Smart Link, a communications company. Sigal also served as HR Manager in Kulicke & Soffa and in Zoran Microelectronics, as well as in Pizza-Hut USA, where she was responsible for all HR related activities in the North-Eastern region.

Sigal holds a BA in Sociology & Anthropology, as well as an MBA.
