Customer registration allows the creation of a free login account. This package also includes e-mail access to support technicians, within local business hours, to help with implementation or other technical questions. | The Telco-Gold support package can be purchased as an option to provide additional support services beyond what is included in the Telco-Silver package. Telco-Gold customers receive access to round the clock TAC Support. Telco-Gold customers will have access to installation guides, user manuals, release notes, and SW upgrades through Telco Systems’ Customer Support website. | The Telco-Platinum/Platinum+ support package can be purchased as an enhanced option to provide the ultimate in software and hardware support services. On top of the services included in the Telco-Silver and Telco-Gold packages, Telco-Platinum/Platinum+ adds return material authorization (RMA) for out of warranty Telco Systems’ equipment. Telco-Platinum/Platinum+ customers will have access to installation guides, user manuals, release notes, and RMAs. Telco-Platinum+ customers will have access to rapid RMA service (next business day replacement). |
